Cancellation, Refund & Return
Yes, you can cancel your booking at any time but you may cancel your taxi booking 24 hours before the time of your trip, We do not charge any cancellation fees for that. If the user cancels a booking after 24 hours after the trip's starting time, then the following rules and regulations will apply.
1. Outstation Trip: First-day charge is deducted from the total booking amount and the remaining fund is deducted to the user.
2. Local Trip: No refund will be credited to the user.
3. One Way Trip: Total booking amount is refunded to the user.
Refunds
If you cancel the ride and are eligible for refunds based on our "Cancellation and Returns" policy, then the refund will be credited to your account withing 5-7 working days. In case of any issue please contact our customer care support.
